How does it work?
Whether it's your first time buying from me or you're a returning customer, let me reassure you the whole process is super simple:
- After you place an order, I will confirm within 24 hours. After an order is confirmed, you can request a refund. However, this has never happened so far, so as long as you let me know before shipping it's all good!
- After an order is shipped, I will not be able to give you a refund.
- I will let you know when I start wearing your socks and when will they be shipped to you. Please note that if I have any existing orders I will let you know when I am going to start wearing them. It could be the case that you might have to wait a few days or more before I start wearing them. Sadly, I only have 2 feet :( However, if there's any multiple order going on at the same time I tend to wear double socks.
- Once I start wearing them, I will send you some pictures and keep you updated about the progress.
- And finally, shipping time!
